Aims and Objectives
The general objective of our project is to unveil soft skills, agreeing on a new frame for “not-so-soft-skills” and creating training paths for addressing the real company’s NSSS needs, to easing the matchmaking between companies and students. In other words, the main objective is providing ad hoc tools and methods, organized by structured courses, which could ensure effective and Pareto efficient results.
